Return & Refund Policy – Evioliva
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Evioliva does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal taste preferences. Because our products are olive oil and related food items, they are classified as non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
EU & Dutch Consumer Law
This policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Dutch Consumer Law (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
Under Article 16 of the Directive, the right of withdrawal (the standard 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to:

Food products and perishable goods.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
As Evioliva’s products fall under these specific categories, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Evioliva within 48 hours of delivery via the contact form on our website.
To process your request quickly, please include:

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product and the original packaging.
Once the issue is verified, Evioliva will provide either a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs). This does not affect your statutory rights under Dutch and EU law regarding faulty goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of confirmation.
Evioliva reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

The issue is reported after the 48-hours window.

The product has been consumed, opened, or tampered with (unless the defect was present upon delivery).
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us.
