Salmon with Potato

The most tasty and simple way to cook Salmon. You need to do it for any special occasion or just a simple Monday.

Ingredients

Salmon Raw Fillet (500g)

1 Package Baby Potatos (450g)

Evioliva

Salt

Black Pepper

Dill

Instructions

Total Time: 15 minutes

  1. Microwave the potatoes for 7 minutes at max power (don’t open the bag).
  2. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high with a Evioliva
  4. Place the salmon skin-side down and let it cook.
  5. Halfway through, add a splash of water, a little more Evioliva olive oil, and cover with a lid.
    Evioliva tip: don’t flip it too soon — crispy skin = better flavor.
  6. Finish the potatoes with more Evioliva olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  7. Voilà. Simple, juicy, and SO good.
