1 Package Baby Potatos (450g)

Instructions
Total Time: 15 minutes
- Microwave the potatoes for 7 minutes at max power (don’t open the bag).
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
- Heat a pan over medium-high with a Evioliva
- Place the salmon skin-side down and let it cook.
- Halfway through, add a splash of water, a little more Evioliva olive oil, and cover with a lid.
Evioliva tip: don’t flip it too soon — crispy skin = better flavor. - Finish the potatoes with more Evioliva olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Voilà. Simple, juicy, and SO good.
