Fast Spanish Omelette

How to treat yourself to a tasty lunch or dinner in just 15 minutes

Ingredients (1-2pp)

1 Package Baby Potatos (450g)

6 Eggs

Salt

Evioliva Olive

Instructions

Total Time 15 minutes

  1. Microwave the potatoes for 7 minutes on maximum power (do not open the bag).
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add some salt, and whisk them well.
  3. Put the potatoes in a pan with a little oil. Fry them and lightly smash them.
  4. Once they are well roasted and golden, pour the eggs over the potatoes.
  5. When the omelette is cooked on one side, turn it over and cook the other side.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
